Terms of Service

Welcome to PoundLedgerix. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and PoundLedgerix ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our analytical interfaces, algorithmic computing software, calculators, APIs, and associated web properties at poundledgerix.space.

By browsing, accessing, registering for access, or utilising any feature of PoundLedgerix, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our related policies. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your access and use of the platform immediately.

1. Platform Scope and Nature of Services

PoundLedgerix provides automated computational tools, algorithmic signal monitoring, market visualization engines, and educational resources covering digital assets, foreign exchange pairs, and equity indices. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • PoundLedgerix is a technology and software development provider, not a registered investment advisor, custodian, asset manager, or broker-dealer under United Kingdom financial regulations.
  • The services do not comprise financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Any statistical metrics, model simulations, backtests, or hypothetical returns displayed across the platform are educational and illustrative.
  • Users retain sole responsibility for evaluating, configuring, and executing their independent trading transactions through connected third-party exchanges or brokers.

2. Eligibility and Account Safeguards

To access or register with PoundLedgerix, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the full legal capacity to enter into these Terms. You further affirm that you are not located in, a national of, or resident of any jurisdiction subject to financial sanctions, trade embargoes, or regulatory restrictions prohibiting algorithmic or cryptocurrency execution services.

You agree to safeguard all credentials, API keys, and device access methods associated with your interaction with PoundLedgerix. You are strictly responsible for all actions conducted under your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

3. Prohibited Conduct and System Integrity

When interacting with PoundLedgerix, you agree strictly not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source algorithms, machine learning models, or proprietary logic from the platform.
  • Deploy unauthorized automated crawlers, scrapers, data-mining scripts, or high-frequency query bots that disrupt server operations or degrade network capacity.
  • Engage in spoofing, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts, or inject malicious scripts, worms, or trojans into platform infrastructure.
  • Utilize the platform for unlawful market manipulation, spoofing, wash trading, or money laundering practices.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, proprietary software architecture, interface designs, trade secrets, logos, content, visual assets, and algorithms on PoundLedgerix are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensors. Except for the limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable personal license granted to view the platform, no intellectual property rights are conveyed to you under these Terms.

5. Disclaimers of Warranties

The platform, data feeds, automated calculations, and software tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, PoundLedgerix expressly disclaims all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uptime availability, latency reliability, or market price accuracy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law and applicable statutes, in no event shall PoundLedgerix, its affiliates, directors, contractors, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of trading capital, slippage losses, data corruption, network failure, or exchange downtime arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, their subject matter, and their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of London, England, although we reserve the right to bring proceedings against you in your country of residence.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time at our discretion. Significant revisions will be reflected with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp at the top of this document. Continued engagement with PoundLedgerix following any modifications constitutes full acceptance of the revised Terms.
